Trump International Hotel Las Vegas is located at 2000 Fashion Show Drive, Las Vegas, Nevada 89109, United States. This luxury non-gaming hotel and condo tower sits on Fashion Show Drive, just across the street from the Nordstrom store at Fashion Show Mall on the Las Vegas Strip. 

What is the closest airport to the hotel?
Harry Reid International Airport (LAS), located at 5757 Wayne Newton Boulevard, Las Vegas, NV 89119.

Do you offer airport transportation?
We do not offer complimentary airport transfers. Our Trump Attaché® Team can make arrangements for any ground transportation in advance by emailing lvattache@trumphotels.com

What time is check-in?
Check-in time is at 3:00pm.

What time is check-out?
Check-out time is 11:00am.

Is early check-in available?
Yes, we will do our best to accommodate early arrivals for an additional $50.00, available between 7:00am and 11:00am, based on availability. If your room isn’t quite ready, we’re happy to store your luggage and will text you as soon as the room becomes available.

Can guests use the pool or spa while waiting?
Absolutely, guests are welcome to enjoy the pool while waiting for their room. Access to the spa locker rooms is also available for an additional $25.00 day pass.

Is late check-out available?
Absolutely, late check-out is available upon request and subject to availability. Fees may apply for extended departures.

Is there a minimum age requirement to check-in at Trump International Hotel Las Vegas?
Yes, guests must be at least 21 years of age to check in at Trump International Hotel Las Vegas. A valid government-issued photo ID and a credit card are required at the time of arrival. 

Is a security deposit required at check-in?
Yes, upon check-in, a security deposit of $100.00 per night for Studios or Suites and $500 per night for penthouses will be authorized on your credit or debit card to cover any incidental charges or damage to your room or the hotel. If incidental or damage charges exceed the amount of the security deposit, additional charges may apply. If no incidental or damage charges are incurred, the full deposit will be released on the day of departure. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 7 business days for domestic credit or debit cards and up to 20 business days for international credit or debit cards for the funds to be released. For further details, please contact your financial institution.

What is the cancellation policy at Trump International Hotel Las Vegas?
Reservations must be cancelled 72 hours prior to 4:00pm local time on the day of arrival to avoid penalty. Cancellations made after this deadline will incur a charge of one night’s room rate plus tax. Please note that cancellation policies may vary depending on the rate type booked; advance purchase and non-refundable rates are not eligible for cancellation or refund. 

Does Trump International Hotel Las Vegas charge a resort fee?
Yes, a $39.00 plus tax per room, per day resort fee is applied at check-in.
Resort Fee Inclusions:

  • Wireless internet in guest rooms and public spaces (up to eight devices)

  • $25.00 credit toward a 50- or 80-minute salon or spa service

  • 10% savings on a boutique retail purchase at The Spa at Trump

Is parking available at the hotel?
Yes, complimentary valet parking is available. We do not offer oversize parking. 

Is there on-site charging available for electric vehicles?
Yes, limited electric vehicle charging is available through our valet team upon request, subject to availability, at the main porte cochère.

Is Wi-Fi included in my stay?
Complimentary Wi-Fi access is available in rooms and public areas. Premium high-speed internet access is also available for an additional fee.

Is there an ATM on-site?
Yes, we have two ATM’s for your convenience right in front of the guest room elevators.

Do you have a concierge or guest services team?
Yes, our Concierge team is here to assist with everything from dinner reservations, city tours, tickets, and everything in between that Las Vegas has to offer.

Does the hotel offer business support services?
We offer printing services through our Front Desk Staff or Attaché team, as well as a flight check in desk to print boarding passes.

Are there services for guests with disabilities?
Accessible rooms and wheelchairs are available. Smoke detectors for the hearing-impaired and TDD/TTY devices are also available upon request.

What credit cards are accepted?
Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Discover, Diner's Club, and J.C.B. are honored.

Does the hotel accept Apple Pay or Google Pay?
Yes, the hotel accepts both Apple Pay and Google Pay.

What is the hotel’s smoking policy?
Trump International Hotel Las Vegas is a 100% non-smoking hotel. All guest rooms and public areas are smoke-free, and smoking inside a room will result in a $1,000 fee+ tax.

Does Trump International Hotel Las Vegas have fully-equipped kitchens?
Yes, our Studio Suites offer a kitchenette with a microwave, stovetop and mini fridge. Our One Bedroom Suites and Penthouses Suites offer a full size kitchen. All kitchen items such as plates, silverware, pots and pans are available upon request.

What is The Trump Card® Privileges Program?
It is a complimentary loyalty program that allows members to enjoy a tailored guest experience and earn points on all qualified stays.

What benefits do The Trump Card® Privileges Program members receive?
Members can redeem points for complimentary nights, save preferences in a customized member profile for a personalized stay, receive prioritized early check-in and check-out, and get members-only offers via email.

How do I enroll in The Trump Card® Privileges Program?
You can enroll on our website to start earning points and work towards Gold and Platinum levels.

What is the Trump Attaché® service?
The Trump Attaché® service is a customized service designed to anticipate your needs and grant requests, making your hotel stay feel like a return home. It goes beyond traditional concierge or butler services.

What types of services does The Trump Attaché® service provide?
Services include pre-arrival and departure transportation setup, grocery stocking, special amenity setup, floral arrangement requests, and messenger services. Requests are based on location and availability, and some services may have rates.

What services are available for children?
The Trump® Kids program offers amenities and services for younger guests, such as, coloring books and sunglasses, kids' robes and slippers, use of the swimming pool, rollaway beds.

What is available for babies?
With advance notice, the hotel can provide cribs with plush linens, bed rails, bath amenities, strollers, and information about nanny services (rates apply).

Is babysitting available?
A list of licensed professionals available for in-room childcare can be provided by our Concierge Team.

Are rollaway beds and cribs available?
Guest Services can deliver a crib or rollaway to your room. However, rooms with two beds are not permitted to have a rollaway. Rollaway beds are available for a $40.00 per day fee.

Is Trump International Hotel Las Vegas a pet-friendly hotel?
We are a pet-friendly hotel. A one-time pet fee of $125.00 applies for up to two pets per room or suite. Pets must weigh under 25 lbs (11kg).

Do you offer special pet amenities?
We provide food and water bowls, dog-friendly “Do Not Disturb” signs, pet beds, treats, waste bags, wipes, drinking mats, toys, and bandanas.

Is luggage storage available?
Yes, luggage storage is available through the bell attendant.

How can I arrange for in-suite floral services?
Please contact the Attaché Guest Service Department at lvattache@trumphotels.com and they will gladly assist you.

Is a wake-up call service available?
Yes, the hotel provides a 24-hour wake-up call service.

Is there a gift shop in the hotel?
Yes, The Trump Store is open daily and offers a selection of snacks, beverages, and Trump-branded merchandise. Hours of operation are Sunday - Thursday, 6:00am - 9:00pm, and Friday - Saturday, 6:00am - 12:00am.

What dining venues are available?
The hotel offers a variety of dining options, including in-room dining (room service), our poolside café and bar, H2 (EAU), and our traditional American bistro, DJT.

What are the hours of operation for H2(EAU)?
Open Seasonally Monday - Sunday 10:00am - 5:00pm 
H2(EAU) is closed during the winter months (November-February).

Does the hotel offer in-room dining?
Yes, we offer in-room dining through 2GO.

What are the hours for in-room dining?
   ● Breakfast: 6:30am - 11:30am
   ● Lunch/Dinner: 11:30am - 10:00pm

Is there a signature restaurant in the hotel?
Yes, DJT is our signature American bistro restaurant.

Are meeting spaces available at the hotel, and what options are offered?
Yes, the hotel offers multiple meeting spaces. Our Trump Boardroom for smaller groups of 1-10 and our bigger spaces like our Empire Suite which accommodates up to 70 guests in a reception set up.

Can the hotel host weddings and social events?
Yes, the hotel offers options for intimate weddings.

Is there a fitness center and spa?
Yes, the hotel has a fitness center and spa.

Is the spa open to the public?
The Spa at Trump is open to the public.

Is there a pool at the hotel?
Yes, we have a pool that is open year round.

Where is the pool located?
Our pool is located on the PL level.

What are the pool hours?
Monday - Sunday 8:00am - 5:00pm during winter months (November - February)
Monday - Sunday 7:00am - 7:00pm (March - October)

Do you have a Jacuzzi?
The Jacuzzi is located on the PL level.

What are the hours of operation for the fitness center and spa?

Monday: 10:00am - 3:00pm

Wednesday - Sunday: 9:00am - 5:00pm

What spa services are offered?
The spa offers massages, facials, hair services, manicures and pedicures. 

What are the age requirements for spa services?
Spa guests must be 18 years of age to receive spa services like massages or facials. Manicures, pedicures and hair services are available for all ages. No one under the age of 18 is permitted in the fitness center without a parent.

Can kids be in the pool?
Children can use the pool. All children under the age of 18 are required to be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. There is a lifeguard on duty.

What are the fitness center features?
The fitness center is equipped with strength and conditioning equipment, Peloton® Bikes, free-weights, a stretching area, and fitness accessories.

What is the hotel's cancellation policy for spa appointments?
Cancellations or changes must be made 24 hours prior to the appointment time. Full treatment value will be charged for late cancellations or no-shows.

Is there a dress code for the spa and fitness areas?
Yes, all guests must wear appropriate athletic attire in the fitness facility, including a shirt, shorts or pants, and closed-toe shoes. Spa robes and slippers are provided to guests scheduled for spa services.

Is it okay to use cellular phones in the spa and fitness center?
As a courtesy to all of our guests, please refrain from using your phone while in the spa and fitness center. Please turn off or set your phone to silent or vibrate mode.

What forms of payment are accepted at the spa?
All major credit cards are accepted.

Can I charge spa services to my room?
Yes, hotel guests may charge services to their room.

 

GROUND TRANSPORTATION AND DIRECTIONS

What is the best way to get from the airport to the hotel?
Uber/Lyft is the best and cost-effective option, taxis are also available for a flat fee of $29.00.

How long does it typically take to get to the airport from the hotel?
Approximately 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic.

Are rideshare services available nearby?
Uber & Lyft are available in Las Vegas.

What public transportation options are available near the hotel?
Bus services are readily available in Las Vegas.

Is airport transfer available?
For your comfort and convenience, the Concierge Desk can arrange a private, chauffeured vehicle for airport pick-up. Rates for private transportation start at: $110.00 for the arrival and $100.00 for the departure.

Can I rent a car? 
There are three car rental agencies (Hertz, Avis, Budget) near the hotel and numerous options at the airport.

Can Concierge assist with car rentals? 
Yes, our Concierge team is happy to assist with car rental arrangements.

Do you offer shuttle service? 
We do not offer a shuttle service. However, the airport provides shuttle options near baggage claim, including a service called BellTrans +1 702 739 7990.
