Trump International Golf Links® & Hotel Ireland, Doonbeg, are thrilled to announce, in conjunction with the DP World Tour, that the prestigious Amgen Irish Open will be held at Trump International Golf Links & Hotel Ireland.
The tournament is scheduled to take place from September 10-13, 2026, and will feature some of the world’s top golfers competing on one of Ireland’s most renowned courses.

Shane Lowry will make his 18th consecutive appearance at the 2026 Amgen Irish Open, bringing one of the tournament’s most compelling storylines to Trump International Golf Links Ireland. The Offaly native famously won the Irish Open as an amateur in 2009, and he remains one of the home crowd’s biggest favourites. Returning to the spectacular links at Doonbeg for the first time as an Irish Open venue, Lowry will be aiming to add a second national title in front of passionate Irish fans on one of the country’s most dramatic coastal courses.
